I believe I was led to this , and I would like to share it with you. I became a little discouraged maybe even disappointed. So in searching the scripture this is what I received.
As believers we come to realize that the victory was won at the cross, and now we apply to live in light of that victory.
Colossians 2:15 speaks to this idea: Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it [Jesus did this on the cross and reresection].
(Romans 8:37) It is in this, that we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
To be disappointed and tire is to have trusted in yourself. It shows that we may have tried to fight the battle in our own resources, not the LORD’s victory. Or our eyes saw the battle not so much the victory. We need to know our enemy, that is true, but we also have to know it is the name of Jesus it is Jesus that took him out!
The battle is the Lords The victory is ours.
Our job is to pray as the Lord leads, to trust Him and He will see to it.
What comes to mind is in Joshua 10: and what the five kings really stand for.
The enemy would that we become discouraged, tire or fear it is not working.
Galatians 6: 9 Let us not become tired of doing good; for if we do not give up, we will reap the harvest.
Don’t wait for the blessings to celebrate. Celebrate its coming!
Be a Blessing
